International Logistics Business Supervisor
Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for arranging the shipment of the company's goods according to business requirements;
2. Responsible for booking shipping space with freight forwarders and arranging shipment matters, and determining cooperation with freight forwarders;
3. Responsible for following up the export process and arrival status of goods, and promptly coordinating with freight forwarders to arrange for the departure and warehousing of goods;

Job requirements:

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for establishing the financial system of the local factory in Vietnam, formulating and improving the financial management system;

Job responsibilities:
1. Human resource management:
Develop and implement human resource strategies, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
Oversee the recruitment process, ensure timely filling of vacant positions, take responsibility for recruitment, and maintain a talent pool.
Design and implement employee training and development plans to enhance employee skills and career advancement.
